Led by founder and facilitator Mary Crandell, The Access Collective’s Inaugural Team consists of the first set of mentors for teachers in Iowa. These collegiate music education specialists brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the first TAC mentorship teams and continue to share their guidance and passion for music, connection, and IDEA values as The Access Collective expands.
